Fitness: Pure Pilates (all) The Pilates technique retrains the body, increasing strength and flexibility, and improving posture, alignment, balance and muscle control. The body is worked as a whole, ensuring that balance, stability, good muscle control, correct alignment and correct breathing are maintained while various muscle groups are being exercised. Work at your own fitness level for stretching, strengthening and toning your entire body. We’ll have fun with pysioballs, bands, pilates rings as well as work on the mat. This is a fantastic way to increase your core strength! It’s a great addition to your current workout, too!!! |
