Hoop Class (hula hoop)

The hoop dance is an action of meditation. Making the movement of the circle, teaches rhythm and balance in a subtle but profound way. We move and are moved by a spinning sphere we know as earth. We reflect this motion in the hoop dance, honoring ourselves, our mother and the cycles of life.
