Hatha Yoga and Alignment (2)
This Level 2 class is practiced with principles of alignment, breathing, harmony, connectedness within the body, with the quality of a calm and still mind. This is a more challenging class then the Hatha Levels 1/2 class on Monday. If you are new to yoga, you might want to try that class!
Level 2- Suitable for more experienced practitioners. The class focuses on the principles of alignment, breathing, harmony, and connectedness within the body, practiced with the quality of a calm and still mind. Practice basic and challenging poses with more physical precision, developing strength and sensitivity to the subtleties of mind/body connection. This class will also include more advanced Pranayama techniques and more detailed awareness of muscles, joints and skin.
