Hatha Yoga (all)

This class is for everyone. It starts off gently, then slowly builds in intensity through vinyasa (moving along with the breath), finishing with deep relaxation. Several variations of postures & sequences are presented so that each student can choose which level of intensity they want to work at. Every student is encouraged to listen to his or her own body's wisdom and move at a pace that works best for them. Alignment principles are presented to help you find more support and a deeper sense of integration in your practice, and are often accompanied by a mini-anatomy lesson. Whether you're looking for a practice that is challenging or relaxing, you can make your weekends truly rejuvenating by treating yourself this class.
