Our Yoga Style Is best described as eclectic. You will find influences of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and classic Hatha yoga in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Beyond Yoga We recognize there are many paths to opening the body and cultivating awareness. We invite teachers of different traditions to offer classes in Tai chi, Qigong, Dance, healing modalities and meditation. There are 3 studios available for weekly classes, or to rent for series or workshops.
